Legal Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide legal, executive and administrative support to the MD
• Manage scheduling, meetings, travel, and daily correspondence
• Handle internal and external communications efficiently
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct research and prepare briefs, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information
• Multitask effectively to support both personal and professional needs of the MD

Requirements

• LL.B & BL (Law Degree + Call to Bar)
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (Legal/Executive Assistant)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
