Job Title: Associate Lawyer

We are seeking young, dynamic, and value-driven lawyers to join our team as Associate Lawyers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1–3 years of post-call experience who are eager to learn, committed to excellence, and passionate about advancing their legal careers in a supportive and innovative firm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas, including but not limited to corporate law, litigation, and dispute resolución.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
  • Assist senior lawyers in case preparation, client meetings, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative and effective legal solutions for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nigerian laws, regulations, and legal trends.
  • Contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives, including client relationship management.
  • Uphold the firm’s values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence in all interactions.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized university.
  • Called to the Nigerian Bar with 1–3 years of post-call experience.
  • Strong passion for building a rewarding legal career.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Nigerian legal systems and procedures.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
